I've just returned from a second visit to this location. The server remembered my order exactly. I'm not sure why people complain about the music - that is the atmosphere of the venue. But my burritos have been made to perfection and to accommodate a specific medical condition that limits what I can eat. I have gone to other locations but have not experienced the level of service that I have received at the Upper James location. I definitely recommend people try Burrito Boyz on Upper James for the great food, the warmth of the staff and the care they take to make sure your order is perfect. Five stars!
Mehak is the best employee I have ever seen in any food restaurant. Her smiling face and such a humble nature impressed us a lot. She made our food so nicely, putting each and everything according to our need. I hope she is getting raise for her work. Will surely come back here with my family!! I would say this is the number one location from all the Burrito Boyz here.
This place is the best. Me and my wife eat here all the time and the burritos are consistently the best in Hamilton (in my opinion). The staff are friendly and efficient, the wait times are never too bad and they have deals on Uber all the time so I even get to enjoy at work.

This is my favourite Burrito Boys Location in Hamilton. I stopped by for lunch and Jagdeep and Archa were so welcoming and took my order in such a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and the food is always amazing! Thank you for your continued excellent hospitality!!!
honestly had a great time at this location. I received caring service from the staff and my food was ready in an extremely timely manner and my food exceeded my expectations. There were lots of places to sit and the music playing was probably one of my favourite parts. Will definitely be back.
